History of Services Used

  • Service Records: Access a detailed history of all the services you’ve received through your subscription. Review past visits, service reports, and any issues addressed.

Request Additional Services

  • Service Requests: If you need more than the two included visits per month or have specific requests, you can submit a request for additional services directly through the portal.
  • Scheduling: Choose from available time slots for additional visits and receive confirmation once your request is processed.
