General Questions

Our subscription service includes HVAC check-ups, plumbing inspections, electrical maintenance, general home repair and upkeep, and preventative maintenance checks. The subscription covers repair and maintenance of existing systems and structures; it does not include new projects or installations.

To sign up, visit our website and fill out the subscription form. Choose between the Monthly Plan or the Annual Plan, provide your details, and complete the payment process.

  • Monthly Plan: $45/month
  • Annual Plan: $40/month (billed annually)

General Questions

You can book a service through our online booking form or by using our calendar and scheduling tool on the website. Existing subscribers can log in to their profile to manage their bookings.

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel appointments through your customer portal. If you need assistance, contact our support team via email or phone.

Additional Services

Additional visits beyond the two included per month will incur an extra cost. You can request additional services through your customer portal.

No, the subscription covers only the repair and maintenance of existing systems and structures. New installations or projects are not included.

Payments and Subscriptions

To update your payment information, log in to your customer portal and navigate to the billing section. You can update your payment details and view your payment history.

You can cancel your month-to-month subscription at any time. For annual subscriptions, cancellation policies may apply. Contact our support team for assistance with cancellation.

Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page to reset your password. If you continue to experience issues, contact our support team for help.
